Server outage hits BlackBerry customers
Research in Motion suffered yet another server problem on Friday as thousands of BlackBerry Internet Service customers in North America found themselves unable to access their emails.
Hours after the problem was resolved their was still a large backlog of email to clear.
"(Research in Motion) is continuing to monitor the situation and apologizes to customers for any inconvenience," the company said in a statement.
This is not the first issue that has afflicted the BlackBerry Internet Service. There was a previous outage in April.
